Refund Policy

Trial Period & Refunds

GATE Pathshala offers a 7-day trial period from the date of enrollment for all our classroom and online batch programs. If you are not satisfied with our coaching within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund of the program fee (minus nominal administrative charges).

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day trial period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are processed for requests made 30 days after the enrollment date, except under special circumstances at the discretion of management.

Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel their enrollment at any time by notifying us in writing via email at info@gatepathshala.com. Refund eligibility is determined by the date of cancellation request:

• Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund minus administrative charges (₹500 for offline, ₹300 for online).
• 8–30 days after enrollment: 50% of the program fee refunded.
• After 30 days: No refund applicable.

Test Series Refunds

For standalone test series purchases (not bundled with a batch program), refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 2 tests have been attempted. After 2 tests have been attempted, no refund is applicable.

Study Material Refunds

Physical study materials, once delivered, cannot be returned for a refund. The cost of study materials (printed booklets) is non-refundable even during the trial period if the materials have been used or damaged.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method or bank account as per the student's preference. International transaction charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@gatepathshala.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]". Include your registered phone number, enrollment details, and reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within 48 hours with the next steps.
